I’m from East Texas I’m between lake Cherokee and Martin creek state park I use the lime green and chartreuse and Black and chartreuse . Out here it’s super hard to get crappie magnets anywhere here. If I do find some it’s very select few. I haven’t been able to locate any new colors out here in 2 years. I live by the crappie magnets. I don’t use minnows anymore I refuse. After seeing the jig pull the monster crappie out I haven’t turned back. It would be a blessing to receive some new tackle.

It must be a regional thing but I tried orange and chartreuse and orange and pink jigs in the only local lake with abundant crappie and couldn't catch any. Trade out for pink and chartreuse or red and white and started picking up fish again. Heck even having an orange head on the jig seemed to shut them off instantly.
