Kai ability will only work properly f u have more ki damage than melee which is kind of funny, i feel like it should work regardless. I went from 115 an m1 to 144, pretty good boost and i'm not even the new max level yet

I dont understand Kai's new ability does that mean whenever a Kai uses a Ki blade weapon with Ki damage stats it increases the Ki damage based on how much Ki damage you have?

The damage your normal attacks do is 100% based on your melee stat. If you're a Kai, and you use a ki weapon, 80% of the damage is based on your ki damage, while only 20% is based on your melee. If you have a higher melee stat it will scale off your melee stat.

Energy blade weapons dont scale with ki dmg for kais, use the hw drop ki blade to actually see a difference.

Fighting Kai's is going to be so much more annoying hell fighting Frieza's is already annoying cuz they deal massive damage and can easily charge their Ki full in like a second.

actually if anything, fighting kais should be much more fun now, because they're not gonna run away and spam ki, they can melee attack you just like you do to them. It's just that their damage is actually going to scale fairly to yours now (if you're a melee build)
