A lot of people may not know how cutthroat she is. Karma came back to bite Kelly Rutherford on the ass! After filing for divorce from her 2nd husband she reported him to authorities because he was a foreigner. They investigated his businesses and he was deported instead of being allowed to stay while appealing the deportation. Then she tried to get SOLE custody so the children wouldn't see their father. But two courts in the US ruled against her having sole custody since he couldn't come to the US for visitation under their joint custody agreement that was in place. That's her fault! It's also her fault she didn't have the money to fight an international custody battle that she started. The ex was eventually awarded sole custody. I don't feel bad for her. This was her 2nd marriage. Her first husband became sick with terminal illness a few months after they married. They had even done a wedding photo shoot for In Style Magazine and by the time the issue hit the stands she'd already filed for divorce. He did an interview almost in tears after he came home and found her gone with barely a note. Karma is a bitch, baby!

This is so wrong. The court should order the father to reapply for a visa. The kids should not go out of the country from one second to another. Is the judge or anyone thinking on what's best for the children? The judge advised the father to reapply for the visa but he didn't do that. If he wanted to see the kids so badly he would apply for a visa instead of just fighting in court with lawyers.

The children were born here. They should not have to be sent to their father in another country. They are American citizens.

The Mother is who the children should be with, period! The Father and his demonic attorney have played an ugly card - the children will suffer as a result.
