So the issue isn't actually that the kids were sent to Europe. The issue is that he wants to keep them there, and won't allow her to see them even if she goes there to see them? She needs to be clear about what the actual issue is here. Because it makes the difference on whether her seeking out press is justifiable or not. If it's the legal system that failed, campaign for a change in the legal system. But if he is "just" denying you access (which unfortunately happens to many separated parents) then that isn't really something you can sort out by talking to the press.

Laura Gilmore the point is she didn't have a job except gossip girl. Gossip girl has been over with since 2012. That's 3 years ago, what other job does she have then? Kelly tried to get full custody out of spite and told the government about her husband illegal activity, to get him deport back to his country. Now she has to live with that for the rest of her life. If she cared about her kids so much she could have went to Europe and tried acting or another job there. She used all her savings and kids college funds for her own selfish needs to get custody. Her kids are healthy and happy if you see pictures of them, so her ex-husband is taking good care of them. I love kelly but she bought this on herself. Her kids are going to start to notice this when they are older and they might like staying with their father, if they are happy, she needs to leave them where they are at. I actually have read documents online about this custody case and i think that's why the court isn't doing anything because they saw what Kelley was trying to do. I wish her luck, so she can spend more time with her kids but she needs to let them be.

The kids were given to the father because the court decides what is in the best interest of the children. The fact that the sole custody was given to him, must mean this lady is crazy. She completely tried to get rid of him. There's things she's not sharing and sugar coating her role in losing her kids. I'm def. team dad. The court also advised to stay off the media. Now she will not return the kids to the father which is kidnapping. She got what she deserved.

+Jessica Smith I agree. Moms shouldn't always get *automatic* custody of the kids. The *default* should be "joint" custody, always, unless otherwise proven. Dads are an integral part of kids' development and overall well being. It saddens me to see so many dads being pushed out of their kids' lives and bankrupted because of greedy, scorned, vindictive women, who exploit family court system & laws put in place to ensure the children are cared for, to their advantage. What makes me suspicious of the dad, in this case, is the revoked visa and being denied entry into the US.

As well as the usual swag bags, perks, travel and accommodation expenses, the Screen Actor's Guild & American Federation of Television and Radio Actors (SAG & AFTRA) jointly stipulate that any union members appearing on talk shows must be paid a certain amount per appearance. I believe it's about $750 right now in May, 2015.
