Small house but look at all the space it's occupying in that rural land! Might as well buy an existing small house (built circa 1950s to 1970s) in an urban setting. When did house construction started becoming this monstrous size, the 80s? Our mid century modern ranch house designed by Cliff May in the 50s is only 1200 square feet but it is built with a lot of glass walls to incorporate inside-outside living and most of the interior spaces are open concept that makes it feel much bigger.

i wish volvo had a mid size pickup truck or an xc90 or ex90 with a sport exhaust design and a hybrid engine. I will buy in the future if possible . I like volvo because of its safety features, I wish it had a camera and operating system like tesla. 😂😂

This god damn ad plays twice per ad space and this guy telling me about minimalism doesn’t sell the car or minimalism at all. First of all it’s not a tiny house… and for such a sophisticated message, he takes away from the impact and ends up just sounding unintelligent as he mumbles and stumbles over the script. His points don’t actually mean anything tangible and the final message ends up feeling as empty as his house.
