This Nerf affected hardcore players alot more then us normies or semi hardcores, u will still top dmg in most guilds and pugs so dont worry mates! they are also nerfing the armor on some oft he bosses wich will increase our dmg abit. season of discovery phase 2

I’m less concerned with the parsing nerf, and more concerned with the fact that they made the class less interesting than it already was. Lone Wolf is now useless again. Sarthe said in his video that the sims are showing that 2H weapons might become meta now with this change as well - which would make dual wield rune also useless. In my view - wow is successful and fun when there are more than one way to play a spec. Survival tree is now once again dead. Now everyone HAS to play BM or else you’re a meme spec. And BM is the most boring spec in the history of Wow. 35% of your dmg done by clicking “petattack”. If Raptor strike was overtuned, ok, but then lower it to 20%. Make the cooldown longer and maybe rework mongoose bite? This change is a step in the wrong direction in my view.

As melee hunters we waited the entirety of phase 1 to see some love and attention, they give us 2 new things and within a month decide that was too much 😂

I would love to see BM hunters continue to use dual wield and get some sort of synergy for it and 2H with survival so we can use trap launcher with the trap talents.

U don’t need dw in pvp go with a big peepee axe like Uld boe and use trap launcher and bm spec with flanking and melee specialist. Absolutely deletes people so this does really nothing for pvp as u shouldn’t be dw anyways.
