If you use nose drops for more than 5-7 days, a rebound effect occurs where your nose will be worse than before. Try tablets -Sudafed or other nose blockage medicine you can get. Love from a pharmacy student ❤️

Such a nice haul/vlog :) ! Reminds me of when I go to the supermarket and get dish-sponges even though I already have multiple multipacks at home.... but my brain just thinks: don't forget the sponges! (every... single.... time...). Made it so much easier for myself to order online because I do not get distracted in the supermarket and buy things I don't really need.

The outcome of this video is that I want donuts 😂😂😂. Also try to do a stream just boiled water with a towel over your head and neck for sinus relief. Mine also impacts my ears so I do apple cider vinegar with warm water in my ears for a couple of minutes each. That’s supposed to clear congestion and get rid of bacteria if an infection is starting. My mom was having like random fluid in her ears and her dr told her to use vinegar and alcohol. Hope this helps!

I was addicted to the nose spray! I became dependent and whenever I wouldn't use it my nose would become even more stuffed up and I'd get headaches so I felt like I HAD to use it. There's an episode of this old sitcom called "King of Queens" and the father on it is addicted to nose spray. I suggest watching it because you will laugh. Look for "king of Queens nose spray" on KZbin and watch for a laugh about nose spray dependency!

Soooo lots of sugary snacks for the kids (yogurts, cakes, sugary fruit straws etc) which is totally fine. My kids virtually the same thing. Except. Try CBD oil for any allergies, my dad had the worst allergy and took 3 antihistamines tablets a day , after 1 month of CBD he has no symptoms and he doesn't take any meds. I can recommend Hempworx brand as it is organic and reliable, only downside it is in USA so shipping takes a while.
