That jaw power is incredible. Just love seeing monitors happily interact with their people Edit: I don’t think it’s the size of the pieces that were the issue, but rather when they are trying to reposition the fish, it’s slimy and falls out of their mouth. But I definitely could be wrong, that was just my observation

I'll always watch a good fishing video! I miss being able to go. When I operated a daycare, we were taught by infectious disease control corpsman that if we walked dishes by hand we needed to spray the dishes with a very diluted bleach spray and let it air dry. I've forgotten the ratio, but I'm sure it's on the internet. If the solution is good enough for kids, I'm sure the animals would be okay too. Nice video today. The added content is a plus for sure! You should get a good quality large Kitchen Knife of your choice and an even better honer and keep them together always, then you can ditch the filleting knife. I keep and breed dozens of Garters so I chop foods like tilapia, silversides, mice and worms almost daily so having a good quality knife makes an incredible difference.

Really brilliant Horror/Comedy made with Great Love for the 80s and 90s era of Hollywood. I think is the best sanitizer is Chlorhexidine, and you can get it by the gallon. Its used for dental antiseptic.

It's also used by veterinary clinics to clean and sanitize cages, instruments, and other surfaces. It's used to flush abscess and wounds, and it's antifungal. You can get it at tractor supply. Only need 2 tablespoons per gallon of water.

We don’t eat mullet in Texas. It is bait fish here. Maybe where you have trout, reds, flounder, snapper, etc, these are so much better options.

A great plant that's kind of my you're like an ivy is Oakley fig it's very hearty once it gets rooted it keeps growing and growing and growing he may have to shrive it back but that's not too much of a problem and every little piece of trimming can go into a new cage they have little tendrils like just like Ivy that will pour into wood and wrap around others stuff like branches and whatnot and they're very easy route too so you can use the little sprig or maybe 6 inch long piece rooted then transplanted into the cages. and if you keep the main plant outside of the cages it will grow and you can make cuttings and clippings from that as you need. Another plant that's good is creeping Jenny it doesn't climb but it covers the ground so give the animal something soft to crawl on

Hey Jerry you might want to put some prawn in your pond to grow up and put some thread pinned shad which you can then cast net for both of them and feed those to the monitors the prawns will take maybe about 23 months to get adult size and they'll keep spawning and spawning and spawning they won't overtake your bond I don't believe and the Fairfield shad will spawn as well so they're there ever renewable resource in your pond So long as your pond is clean water you know clean is in not pollutants or toxins or whatnot heavy metals that kind of stuff they should be just fine for your monitors to eat and a prawn now and then would be great food for them lean high protein pleasure getting all of the calcium from the shell. now I don't know if they would eat muscles I don't see why not but if you can get some freshwater muscles in there you could always harvest those too as well and that'll help keep your water clean too by the way They'll eat up the bacteria and the plankton zooplankton phytoplankton and clean the water a bit. the bronze get to be about body wise 5 6 inch long plus there are two little claws there about another three to five inches and those those easily break off so you don't worry about them attacking the monitors.

I'd have thought when you're feeding them eggs what if he had a fake nest in there somewhere where they could climb up and find the eggs and eat them So it would be more of an enrichment thing than just feeding them They're trying to hunt them? is that an interesting idea to try? what do you think do you think that's a good idea for an enrichment for them. there are other food items that you could hide in the cage and like up high or in the crooks of the branches they have to try and find them and get them and eat them they can bring things more of the natural instinct of their hunting.

Hey Jerry I've been thinking Hey Jerry i've been thinking I'm wondering why you don't blend Cannon Lily to read with Slinky. you're both amazing monitors both very peaceful calm collected their babies would be awesome 1 2 you'd be getting new bloodline for your breeding and can you get a couple of babies out of it at least like three of them and then he could see which ones are male and female and let them split off and the odbone off can come back to you. all you would need to do is help Ken and set up slinky's pen so it's divided like he originally was going to do and set up a Pandora the slinky or Lily could get between you know interact between the two houses of the pen human she's ready to breed you can let Kenny know because I'm sure he can take videos of her everyday send them to you that you can check on her status what do you think when she's ready to breed And let him know about it and open it up and see what slinky does An Oak Canyon will be there to make sure nothing bad happens to Lilly. if the meeting is successful and she lays eggs I'm sure that Kenner will have you come back and pick up most of the eggs or let him incubate them at home and see what happens how you can get early back and if it's successful you could maybe do it again in the future like any year's time so it doesn't stress lily out and just moving her all the time I think it might be a good idea to try at any rate and like I said all you'd have to do is help him separate the two halves of sneaky's enclosure and put in a dividing door between the two sections so that he can open it when Lilly is ready we know she's always ready there's a hornball and they think they would be good for your breeding stock I really do I think it'll help get new genetics into your lines because then you can bring back any of the children back to some of your other monitors water monitors. what do you think of this idea and keep bouncing it by Kenan and I get no response No bouncing about you to see what you think Is it something you'd be willing to do Like a once a year thing once it once it takes once it's proven that it's a good union we don't always think it could be infertile for all we know lilly I know is bigger than pinky when she first got there and she's still bigger than Piggy I think from what I can tell vicky which is scared and slinky he was just so much bigger than her he's like four times size I think he's maybe twice a day size he is a behemoth of a watermelon just think what his blood would do to your bloodlines size the babies upon finally growing up. so think it over if you like the idea talk to Kenan about it see what he's willing to do we take a little effort on both your part to get slinky's enclosure up to snuff so there's separation between the two of them that can be opened talk it by Kagan see what she thinks. I hope you seriously consider it because I think it'd be great for your stock and Lily and it finally get poor little slinky not little but you know what I mean poor Slinky will finally get some relief he's looking for a female Anytime a female gets near his cage or he smells a female from his cage to the other cages he starts getting really brandy he gets excited and Ken has not been able to find a permanent female for him I'm not saying you have to do this permit i'm just saying just give it a shot and see what happens who knows she may not like him like Pinky she might find who he's too big and ignore him and not want to have anything to do with him he'll definitely want something to do with any female that comes to do his encloder but she needs time to get used to him and accept that he's the only male available to her for reading at that time. well I hope you consider it like I said talk to Kegan about see what she thinks talk to Kenan about it see what he thinks it was a viable solution give it a shot solinke's not going to hurt her that's the last thing he wants to do is hurt the female. beside upon introduction after some time you and Ken and can both be there to separate the two of them as something needs to be done to separate them. I wish you lots of luck in your breeding this season and next.
