I remember when I was a soldier, I was on guard on a remote area on an island. My shift was from 4 to 6 am and when it ended the sun was rising and the sky had a beautiful colour. I put my headphones on and listened to this. I was alone, surrounded only by nature. I was at peace and felt happiness within me and I was looking to the East thinking of China. May I be fortunate enough to travel there one day.

Since young, she could see things, things that normal people-normal eyes, should not. Spirits filled her vision the moment her eyes viewed the world, engraving their existence into her soul like an inseparable bond. They were part of her journey, just like she was a part of theirs. They became her companions when people around her shunned her, their words like barbed wires stinging her skin. The spirits became her guardian angel, shielding her from all harm. They were her shield, just like the strings of fate and time, etched onto her being, a song sang in the light of the moon. They guided her with gentleness and patience, a calming light glowing with radiance on her path of life. And then, one day, one night, she found him, wounded. She took him in without a care that he was an unknown spirit that may bring her harm, and tended to him with such a warm kindness that he could not comprehend. He could not comprehend how she had a kindness that transcends boundaries, a kindness that was given to all with no expectations of it being returned to herself. She was just a beautiful soul, a beautiful soul filled with wisdom from her hardships. Her eyes held time beyond her years, her hands a healing warmth to all that needed her help. Perhaps that was the reason he decided to stay by her side. She was a star, an illuminating figure that warmed his heart whenever he looked at her. Gradually, as time went by, she began to see fewer spirits. Gradually, her heart began to crack of pain as they slowly faded out of her vision as if they never existed. She began to view the world like an ordinary human, and the thought of losing her ability to see the spirits broke her heart again and again like a hammer pounding on glass. She never found the courage in her to tell them that she would soon be unable to see them, to never be able to see his warm eyes gazing at her again. Years past, and her eyes no longer linger on them. She no longer gave them a warm smile in greeting, or words to comfort their lonely hearts. Her eyes were no longer able to see them, and it brought them to great sorrow when they remembered the day she had completely lost her ability, crying as if she had lost her family. Yet through all of this, they were still there, unable to be seen, but to be felt. The gentle light they shined on her never faded, just like his warm touch that caressed her face like a breeze. Through it all, he was still there, unable to be seen by the person he loved the most, yet still there by her side. ........................................... *There are so many wonderful stories written by others over the years here, but I hope everyone who may stumble on this will enjoy reading it along with the calming music. Like a breath of fresh air, I hope everyone here can have a good day.* *If you wish to support me, please take a look at my Kofi profile( ´ ▽ ` )! **ko-fi.com/xintan*

I'm so sorry for your loss. I think I can understand how you feel. I married a Chinese woman in 2014, both in our 50s. We took a chance but found over 6 years that our different cultures, backgrounds, interests, opinions and aspirations destroyed a loving relationship. She decided to divorce ('amicably') in late 2020 and remains in England. We travelled to China a few times and I loved the experience. Music like this transports me there and I mourn for the loss of everything good about our time together. It's a different story and the sadness of your partner's passing must be so hard. I don't mean to make you feel more sad but to let you know that I truly sympathise with your situation.

The English translation of the lyrics: Name: Big Fish The silent wave submerged the night deeply Overflew the corner of the skyline The big fish swam across the crack of the dream Staring at the shape of you while you were in sleep Watched the blue sky and ocean, listened to the sound of wind and rain Held your hand, while blowing away the indistinct wave The wing of the big fish was too vast I released the rope of time Afraid of you flying far, leaving me alone Afraid of you staying here forever even worse Every drop of my tear flows to your direction Flows back to the seabed of the sky The silent wave submerged the night deeply Overflew the corner of the skyline The big fish swam across the crack of the dream Staring at the shape of you while you were in sleep Watched the blue sky and ocean, listened to the sound of wind and rain Held your hand, while blowing away the indistinct wave The wing of the big fish was too vast I released the rope of time Watching you flying far, away from me I know you are born to be with the sky Every drop of my tear flows to your direction Flows back to our first meet

I have a little story - When I was in the 3rd grade I had a friend (we will call him V) that was in the 6th grade at the time. Since I didn’t have a lot of friends in my class, I would always hang out with him. Around October, he was diagnosed with cancer. I didn’t understand. I remembered him not coming to school on a Monday months later, only to find out he passed away on Sunday. At that time I still didn’t understand what death was, I went home and told my mom about it, and I felt broken for the first time in my life. I now have gotten over his passing but I still remember how nice V was to me, thank you, so much, I will never for get you. ❤️

I was never the one for nowadays music. Just seems so degrading for the mind. Though I listened to it just to fit in with my friends. Ive always loved country, instrumentals, and chinese bamboo flute music. Ive never showed or told anyone because I think theyll be like wtf is wrong with you haha. But hearing this music just makes me feel so at ease inside and warm. Makes me feel like im loved and all my problems that are crashing down on me are set aside. Anytime i feel down or at a low point I throw this on and breath. I want to learn more about japanese and chinese culture and want to have trips out there.

My feelings in this song 💜 0:30 that fragrance of fresh love about to happen 🌸 1:11 you find the right person in your life, that feeling you will never let go of your loved one💓 2:10 you don't know how ,but everything started to shatter like the glass, with no hope of returning you are left alone 🌚 2:45 the regret in you,not about loving her but the regret from not being able to protect your love and keep searching for it back🌫️ 3:15 you still see the little hopes, the light within you taking you out of dark💫 3:37 finally you find your loved one and got back what you've been wishing for💓 4:10 you feel like it's dream even if she's in your forearm, you hug her sooo tight that you will never want to leave her side keeping her heart safe with you💜 telling that what done was done and only look into future 🌸. This is how i feel in every part of the music,,sorry that my English is not much good,😅i just wrote my feelings that i wanted to🤍

A beautiful composition indeed! I was having feelings for a girl who already has a boyfriend for a long time and knowing that I'll be rejected, I still took courage to confess her my feelings. When I confessed, she said that even though she has some feelings for me, she won't break-up with her boyfriend and wanted us to be good friends. I totally understood her situation and want her to be happy. The fact that our feelings were mutual even for a short while made me really happy but I couldn't stop myself from crying during our parting time as she will be going back to her country. I have faced some rejections before, but this time it's really difficult to overcome as I have never felt connected to a person this much :( This music kinda consoled me. Thank you!
