I also just stumbled into your channel. I am single and living in a remote place with few grocery options. Much obliged for giving me inspiration and hope to host a family of two adults, and their 5 and 8 year old sover the Thanksgiving holiday. I can do breakfast burritos/tacos and they are helping with the big dinner meal. I'm lactose intolerant and a new carnivore, so I know that at least I can handle one big meal on my own. In fact, I opened up the event to all of my friends who can't be with family and friends. I'm guessing that it will be the best T-day ever.

You may want to go back and fine-tune the recipes. I had some difficulty going back and finding the ingredients and directions for the Taco Soup. Maybe just add the titles in at the beginning of each? Helps us older people lol Also for the chicken prep, you have the cooking times reversed. It says HI 7-8 hours and Lo 5-6 hours. Actually, Hi should be spelled HIGH and Lo is spelled LOW. Sorry, just the teacher's aide coming out in me. Still love how easy these meal preps come together!
