Thanks for the freezer meal ideas. I am giving my adult children/grandchildren freezer meals for Christmas. They work, don't have time to cook . This will make meal time easy, all they have to do is drop in slow cooker before they leave for work

I've never commented on your videos before but, I think you are my favorite cooking video creator. I do 99% of the cooking and food selection in my household. I'm also disabled so, I always try to make the process as easy as possible. I have good days and bad days so, on the bad ones its great to have meals prepped and ready to dump in the crockpot and be done. Your recipes both suit my tastes and cooking style. I have experience working in everything from fast food to high end restaurants when I was younger but, nothing beats those down home comfort meals. I love listening to you!

What a great video. I do try to prep my veggies and freeze. I've never done a whole meal in a bag. I have GOT to start doing this! I have been know to go ahead and cook down my onion, celery, and bell pepper in a stick of butter and freeze a few weeks before Thanksgiving dressing time. Still tastes great. I have never made Mississippi anything because of the heat. You said kids could eat it so I'll give it a try. 😊

I sure hope you used those cap pieces of the green peppers. I reuse Ziploc bags over and over. Wash them with soap and hot water. Your recipes look good and easy. It's not food without onion.

Thanks for the ideas,diffently going to start doing more meal prep. I reuse plastic bags too unless they had raw meat in them(I cut up peppers,onions, do garlic pucks,and even pesto pucks saves time. I do my beef tips that same way and yes they are fabulous ❤❤

Suggestion, why not cook your ground beef now and put it in a zip lock (still separate from your other ingredients) to save time later... I often buy 10 pounds of ground beef at a time...Cook it up and separate it into one pound packages for my freezer... I'm with you. I really dislike big chunks of cooked ground beef! lol I do put the uncooked pasta in a zip lock and put it in with everything else, so all the ingredients are "right there together".

Ugh, and yes sometimes get mad when the other person doesn't help out with the meals. I usually toss them in frozen, but if you want them to cook faster, you can thaw them in the fridge overnight😁
