@6:08: No Drae, any kind of organ hit is a guaranteed kill in this game so it's worth tracking non-vital organ hits. With a non-vital organ hit it just takes a minute for them to flop over while a vital organ hit is very fast or instant. Only a flesh wound is the kind of trail that often means they are fine and won't die.

@Drae are you using the zeroing feature? You should notice it on bottom right hand side of the screen when you have your rifle or any other weapon out, it indicates that the center of the reticle on your scope is at the distance it states (Yours was at 150 meters when you got upset with the scope). If you are shooting something closer than that number you need to aim lower than the target or press the "F" button to change the zeroed distance to a closer figure of where the animal is distance wise... if the target is further than the zero distance you want to aim higher than the spot you are trying to hit. Just a tip.

If only this game wasn't greedy and putting out updates as purchase DLC. So many games have vastly more content for the base game and give free updates with free content. It would make the game worth getting into. But since their business model is DLC, the fact people buy into the game is amazing.
