I looooove the hair and have a probably stupid question about bleaching. Is there a specific protein filler/ bond strengthener or whatever that works better than others for you. I have level 4/5ish hair and bleach it to a level 9/10 by myself usually because I'm stupid. I've just been using generous amounts of the generic Sally's stuff which is fine but is there something that will work better that I can get my hands on without being licensed?

​@@clarebyanyname not really, depending on the shade of brown you have. my hair is really dark brown, and i got pink in spots where there wasn't bleach, and it's not obvious that it's there. if it got all over your head though you'd probably be able to see a tint in direct lighting.

I love the way you've done them like hidden highlights- and the COLOURSSS!! I think 00s streaks are gonna come back soon anyways, we've had dip dye, cruella devil split dye, and rogue/spice girl streaks at the front... And I just want my pink and purple streak extensions from when I was 9 back 😭😂

maggilymoop I sort of have that now hahaha. I did it like a whole year ago, but it was 4 big hidden chunks. They’ve been purple, pink, and bright orange now. I only touched them up once to be platinum since I have almost black hair, but I love it honestly! Haven’t even had to touch the roots after the touch up cause you can’t even really tell. And they’re grown out like 3 or so inches! Anyway, I love it, but everyone else is confused why there’s random blonde hair hiding on my head

it looks so good!!! i've missed vivid hair qcknd! the green piece looks really cool even if it wasn't intentional. recently i did something similar in my hair with pink and purple, but after watching this i want to add more colors. how bad does the blue stain the tub? i've been DYING to try blue, but i live with someone else and don't want to ruin their tub lol and i've heard that blue stains worse than other colors. hope you don't mind me posting a little advice for any newbies watching, but PLS if you aren't experienced with using bleach/how your hair will react to it, be careful with 40 vol developer. honestly, i'd say use 20 or 30 if you're really not sure, and you can always process twice with some time/conditioning in-between. it's better than ending up with a chemical haircut! also, if you don't have a foil comb, you CAN use the handle of a color brush, it's just a little more difficult to work with because they're usually thicker.
