I love elite runners they run at a pace that is so fast and they just keep going

@@runningbroscience1534 I mean its not fast compared to a sprinter or 400m runnner but still good they can maintain that pace

@marty232 Most people cannot run at their pace for 400m, keeping up with them on the bike is not easy either, lose them for a couple of seconds and they are gone, you can hear me breathing quite heavy in my videos as I negotiate the twists of the road and the crowd just to keep up, lots of fun thou 😀
