It's hard to know who to trust online. Everyone is selling something. Even I one day hope to mentor some of you. There are fake gurus out there that claim to know how to teach airbnb, business, and real estate. Phonies like Chi Ta trying to sell his course BNB university or Brian Page trying to sell BNB formula. Inexperienced hosts like Stayly with only a few properties and a year of airbnb experience, they claim to make millions on airbnb bust don't reveal those million are all course sales that come from ad campaign and a free webinar that they misrepresent as a paid webinar that is free just for you. Coaches with No airbnb arbitrage or business leaderhip experience like Robuilt. There are no-name hosts with barely any properties trying to claim they're successful, such as vacation rental machine or bnb riches, or the 10xbnb system. None of these "gurus" have a decade and a half of sales experience or business leadership under their belt in addition to having over 100 properties. Only Sean Rakidzich, who has created almost all of the other airbnb coaches you see today on the internet. The problem with Natiivo is that there are too many companies under one building and the people running the building are not any of the STRs but instead an HOA who doesn't have the same investment in hospitality. The lobby is like an airport full of Limo pickup drivers holding signs for people to find them. The HOA cannot hand out keys either so if you show up late to Natiivo its very hard to key your keys

I rent out Worldmark properties and they’re actually spacious. Now it is a vacation club but it’s the same concept. Hotel amenities, a front desk that gives you anything you need like towels, soup, condiments, dish soup or any other kitchen or bathroom products. They also have concierges

Buy dollar tree shampoo and conditioner. No one can tell the difference. In fact, guests have asked where we get our shampoo from because she loved how her hair felt afterwards 😂

These places could house families. Every one picks on air bnb because they say we are taking homes away from families yet these superintends could house people aswell.

@AirbnbAutomated Licenses in LA require the host to live on premises. NY has cracked down on STRs.
