I've been watching Self Sufficient me since 2020 and I stumbled on this fishing channel quite by accident. I am so glad I did as I love anything about seafood and catching /eating it. My 2 youngest kids are the same. My 17 year old daughter caught 2 flatties at around 60 cm off the bank of the Clarence River just yesterday. Looking forward to watching more . Hi guys, good video. Here in the West we eat anything that swims, Joeyhummer is right sauce of choice and BBQ, it's a beautiful thing! I'm have a "concern" guys with 3 ice coolers under foot always keep the rear deck clear as you don't want a bad fall or a person over the side. We cut any part that the shark had bitten out. So no worries 🙂👍

Should be fine as long as all the damaged & affected areas are trimmed off preferably with a much sharper knife straight away and washed, still probably wouldn’t eat it as sashimi but cooked will be fine
