Man Big Lots was such an Awesome Store. I'm 35 and me and my Family since i was a Kid like 9, used to Visit Big Lots on every othee outing. See Only us Old Heads remember Big Lots in the 90s back when they were Pick 'n Save. Ya'll remember Pick 'N Save? Then they became Big Lots and added a lot more to their store and to our Lives here at home.

@@jazziez6467 Yaa that's a Sad Reality. Some Can Afford Things and Others Could Not. It isn't a position to try to make a Generalization one way or the other. For me and My Family Big Lots was a Place for Deals if you knew how to shop. Just how you use Ross to pick up stuff instead of going to the Mall, is exactly how you use Big Lots to pick up stuff in-between Grocery/Miscellaneous Shopping. I never picked up Furniture at a damn Big Lots so I have no clue what any of that means exactly. We shopped at big lots until the wheels came off. We picked up Spices for Cooking, Their Big Bottles of their Branded 70%+ Isopropyl Alcohol, Batteries, Noodles, Christmas Lights, Gift Tags, Christmas Wrapping Paper, Socks, Rare Often Discontinued Electronics 'New' Especially for Gamers as Big Lots was trying to pick up New Old Games. Floor Cleaners, Post Its all kinds of stuff that added a Balanced to this Online Driven world. F waiting for a package, sometimes you want something now. Other times it's ok to wait. Now we have less choice whilst we are watching these Online Retailers fall apart. They can suddenly stop delivering, People can steal your random orders, And Workers Go On Strike. You don't know what you are talking about, One some NPC Level of Thinking.

They had a " Donate to the Employees" Policy Right at the Check Out.. For Years They would even Ask if you'd donate a Dollar into their Employee Fund. while you're Paying ... I so often told them No .. And How they wouldn't Fix their deplorable Bathroom For Ten Yrs. For the Customers .. it was off the front entrance.. Now they have been Playing Christmas Music the Day after Halloween so They are Just Begging to be Down Graded .. Their Unique Items went down Hill too..

I keep hearing the same report on news that Big Lots are closing , but I found out yesterday are Big lots have all ready closed in my community . This company closed some of the stores maybe trying to save some money? Time to find a buyer's? Sad it didn't work out, I feel bad for the employees at the store and there customers. They had good bargains. Another store gone, I'm worried about Dollar tree, family Dollar , Dollar general . There are to many stores like big lots they bought furniture stores in North Carolina and worked deals but you have Ollie’s and Mr Bs . There was a Ton of Good stuff there. For Years I had the best Gift Tags, Gift Wrapping Paper due to Big Lots. Many I would use little off to make sure I had for years because they would never repeat the same stuff. You could buy plenty of Water, Juices, Brand Name Chips, Cereal, Snacks, Bedding Sheets & Covers, Blu-Rays I found a couple of Rare 3D Blu-rays, Which I use because I have a Great 3DTV that I held on too all these years. They had awesome Socks, Rare Electronics at Low Prices like once I found an Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheel for $20, when it was a $60 peripheral on Launch, and when I found it, it was already Discontinued and Xbox One was Out. And it was Brand New. You could get Little Speakers, Light Strips, Batteries, All kinds of things WTF are you talking about?
