Hey Nate, heres a suggestion for making prying the two pieces of wood apart a lot easier. Put a single layer of blue painters tape on the sides of the wood, and then glue the painter tape to painter tape. it will still hold really well for working on it, and you only have to fight the sticking power of the tape when prying them apart. Hope it helps!

A little tip -> use white glue to glue a sheet of newsprint between your two blocks. Separating becomes much easier...any residual paper left in the seam can be sanded off afterward. I enjoy your videos very much...thank you for making them.

To avoid the pieces sticking together too hard, stick a length of painter tape to each surface you want to glue. Then to the non-sticky side, put 2 or 3 drops of super glue along the length of the tape and stick the two pieces of tape together. It holds until you don't want it to anymore. Knife maker trick.
