Many thanks Kay for your version of a prime beef patty. Your skills in the kitchen bring back memories of the eighties when I was in my prime. We would have a few beers and go to our local burger joint in Hazel Grove. The guy had a limp and a white greasy apron but his burgers were well tasty. I can just taste a King Mushroom now. PS I was usually sick after but I think that was the beer being off.
