Why do you keep using sauces out of jars? They're disgusting, unhealthy, over-sweetened gloop. It's so easy to make your own sauces, Kay. It's fresher, healthier and you can control the level of spice. On your last video, we spoke about you getting back on tv. It's not going to happen if all you do is open jars.

Im pretty sure the whole thing was a store bought pack called "Old El Paso" It comes with Sauce, Salsa and tortilla wraps. Then you just cook chicken and peppers and mix it together. Not really what you would call an original recipe.

Kay you seem like a sweet lady, but from someone who comes from near the border of mexico, and has eaten more mexican food than any one man should. This is an abomination. Hit me up via DM, and let me show you how to cook a real authentic mexican meal. one that will truly knock your socks off, and is actually pretty easy to make. and yes Red bell peppers are not meant to be spicy. You'd need Jalapeno, or Serrano Pepper if you wanted any level of spice. what in the world is this taco shell a pita? if you want to make "Street Tacos" you'd use a corn tortilla, for Tacos you'd either fry your own Flour Tortilla, or you can buy premades. a Chicken taco should have Lettuce and cheese, on a soft flour tortilla. either way not gonna ramble any further, just please for the love of god don't make anything like this ever again and claim it as "mexican food". Thank you Kay.

Hi Kay! I know you tried your absolute best with this, but I wanted to tell you my thoughts. Before you try to invalidate me, I was raised in a Mexican household, so I guess I'm a professional now lol. I'm assuming you were trying to make a taco, so I'll base my critique off that. Veggies First of all the onion was burnt and there aren't enough vegetables in general. You usually add onion (it can be either raw or burnt, maybe both), cilantro, maybe jalapeños, and tomato. None of those are grilled beside the onion which is optional. Meat I have no idea what you were trying to do with that chicken. It looks like molé which is chicken in a thick chile sauce, but the chicken is usually whole chicken pieces (thighs, drums, etc). Theres also another type which is pork in a sauce kind of like molé, but it isn't served in tacos. The meat you usually use with tacos is usually just pan-fried pork or beef. Chicken is optional, but you don't usually use it. Tortilla What the actual fock were you using? Tortillas are flat corn or flour bread-like things. You can use flour or corn (ps. Flour is better) anything but what you were using. Anywho, thanks for coming to my ted talk lmao.

I know he's your son, but I think Lee's being incredibly selfish by not uploading your videos. You used to have three or four videos go up in a week, now you're lucky to have one a fortnight.
