It's been like 5 year#. It doesn't take that long for swelling to go down. The guy got shot in the head with a large calber rifle, of course he's not the same in many different ways. I've watched multiple clips and interviews of his and he clearly has a problem speaking in full sentences and answering questions with anything more than a yes or no answer. So what? The guy survived a head shot and got a second chance at life.
