The bus incident where tooka and duck beat von, in combination with him finding out who killed his father (it was DUCK'S OGS), Kickstarted the war, up untill that point it was normal gd-bd beef, no war yet. After white got killed he turned into a demon completely and when Troy got killed he simply lost it altogether and developed a death wish.

Trust me i've looked at all the maps. It's actually mindblowing to me how close in proximity they were. Literally a 2 minute walk. that means same grocery stores, same liquor stores, same food spots, same schools, same police stations, same bus stops, same EVERYTHING. It's no wonder so many of them died they couldn't get away from each other. Edit: 1 minute walk if you're a fast walker.
