Hi,Habib want to know that Small system like 1.2kw/2kw if they are installed with MPPT inverter which inverex Axpert series offer don't you think that in that case voltage/power losses are lower.While the charge controller which you have demonstrated in this video like Homage is a simple pwn controller which is obvious that power losses are greater due to lower efficiency.

Habib sahib if you recall through your courtesy I got a 5kw system was installed in Karachi.The technician have installed the system and it is operational.My worry is they did not alter any setting of the Nitrox inverter which has 4nos 230ah talltubular batteries.According to them the Nitrox inverter is smart inverter and will perform perfectly on its factory settings.Could you please guide if it is correct.

Use MPPT charge controller instead of PWM..then you can use larger panels as well and there will be no loss of power. But, it will cost you much more than simple PWM although it's a good investment. Or, The best option is to purchase pure sine wave inverter with mppt charge controller..all in one unit..it is the most cost effective method..

Hello sir I have Inverax Aerox VM III 3.2 kw red one, and I install 6 solar panel Risen 325W. In these days my total load is 450W to 500 Watts in setting when I set on SUB mode the inverter mix the current 40 % Wapda and 60 % solar and if I set on SBU then 90 % current from solar and 10 % from battery’s and the batteries are full till night and at night I change the setting SBU to SUB at night because I have 165A two battery’s folded one my big problem is in morning my setting is SBU and at night I change my inverter setting to SUB can you tell me what I do for mixing the current 40 % WAPDA to 60 % SOLAR which is not good and what setting I can set not mix the Wapda .

Thanks for the information, why are you not eliminating the loss altogether? as both 330 and 150 w panels are creating losses, so recommend people to use MPPT controller(if u want to get max out from panels avoid PWM controller completely)... second thing is Voc of 150W plate is approx 22V and of 330W is about 44V, if you connect 44V to 12V battery it will bring voltage down to about 14V due to loading effect and PWM operation (its not fault of panel or it does not deal with bigger or smaller panel) to gain maximum connect 24V battery with 330 W panel.... concluding all , size of panel does not matter at all, if u want to connect 1 battery use panel whose open circuit voltage are near 22V, and if you need to connect 2 batteries use around 44V panel, and if 4 batteries are required use series and parallel combinations of 44V panel.

You can put 125 watts panel and 100 watts panel in series but you would not get 225 watts but only 200 watts.

I appreciate your efforts for providing free of cost awareness and information, may God help you in your cause. You video are very good. But in this video you made some mistake. You calculated current rating and input and output voltages, amps and watts on battery charging, which is not right. You said that the solar is charging battery at 13.5 volts that was again wrong. That was charged voltage of battery. These comments are not meant to criticize your video but just for correction. You should have used direct output resistor like DC fan, DC blub etc. Jazak Allah.
