Hi Against the kings gambit, the schallop is good.Danya did a video on it .Watch it 3 or 4 times and you have a defence for life.and its quite rare so your opponent may be unprepared.Great for blitz and rapid ,without loads of theory.Give it a go. Regards

The chances of that is decreased in this position since black will just push a pawn and the white queen is out of the quest though sacking the rook in this position just to open the blacks back rank with those troll pawns will lead to mate unless black is a secret genius anyways to defend it but hes so passive. 1:06:09 dont take the black's rook theres a fishy checkmating net with the open black king and even sacking the rook will lead to some mate especially with g5 check back rank or kiss of death again the absence of black's rook and queen is important here.
