Ask them where they from, they gonna tell you East Coast, Hoover, 18th street. Ask a nigga whos hood falls under NHC, they gonna tell you they set first. Rollin 60's, Rollin 40s, Nine-Owe, Five-Five......its a whole different structure. The NHC Sets are independent Sets that came together after the fact. They Push they Sets Agendas First & Foremost, the Alliance comes secondary, only in the Jail Systems. NHC is similar to NATO, come to together like Voltron inside the Jails. Operate Independently on the Streets.
