This was a dope video. In regards to the history of how the Neighborhood car came to fruition on the Eastside and Westside of South LA! What I also found interesting, was how certain NH section and Hoover sections seemed to always correlate with each other. In regards to having a loved one from the opposing section. A brotha may have a girlfriend, boyfriend, brother, or someone from the opposing side. Just what I noticed when the older brotha said his girlfriend was from Hoover! I moved on 110th and Vermont in 1983 and I remember when I got to Henry Clay is when I got introduced to the whole beef between the 111 NHC and 112 Hoovas. I knew niggas on both sides and had to walk through their hood to get home or walk through dips and through Southwest College and head down Denker to 110st to get home. Had the NHC on one side and Raymond’s waiting to get niggas on Normandie at the end of the tracks. Good times lol
