I'm old (78) and in Sept I got my first laser the S1. I LOVE it!!!!!!! (thinking about buying something else but I'm waiting to see what's coming out.) I wish I were younger so I could have a youtube channel and represent xTool. I love that company! I talked my son-in-law who has had a laser for several years (expensive, 100 watt) into an S1 to have "fun" with lasers and get his sons involved in his business. Super company, young very intelligent people, GREAT customer service, just a WOW! I wish I were in your spot so I could meet them, get new products, just have FUN!!! I'm a 24/7 caregiver for my husband with Alzheimer's and xTool laser is what SAVES ME!!!! I can't save enough about them. Every contact I've had with them is a positive, they are amazing. I also like your videos, I'm subscribed, like etc. Many of your videos I have watched over and over, very informative. Thanks!

X-Tool is currently getting alot of backlash about discontinuing the D1 series with no warning. If you have one, might pay to stock up on consumables.

AND I wish I had a M1 before I bought 4-5 Cricuts, 3 Silhouette Cameos, I have a sublimation printer, heat presses, 10 needle embroidery machine and more. The M1 is so creative! That machine will bring in a ton of people to the crafting community, it does everything rolled into one machine that I do with several machines that take a lot of space in my craft room. Looks like a real thoughtful machine.

I'm new to lasers, I'm so new that I haven't bought one yet....After doing research over the last several months XTool as risen to the top 2 or 3 on my list....That being said I would like to know what/when will there be more information about the new products. I would like to have my equipment ordered in the next few weeks or so.

I didnt know anything about lasers as i mainly started with 3d printing (ender pro 3 - still kicks my ass) and using my cricut machine. Jumped on the band wagon October of last year with an S1 10w and 2wIR and have been learning so much! Would you believe me if i said #xtool actually showcased some of the art in that glass cabinet in the video? Nothing but a great experience and a lot of love and passion in the facebook groups. Thank you for your coverage and help on this new journey! Im looking forward to the new machines!

3:27 wronggggg! air purifier smells terrible right out of box. Honest opinion because i paid for mine. please don't trick people into selling the brand just because you get the stuff for free. what happened to humanity!

I have to disagree with you. I paid for mine as well. I have never smelled anything from the air purifier. It has worked for me just as advertised.

Sad to hear this was your experience. I’ve had no issues and have heard from many folks who bought it that they’ve had a great experience too. My integrity is priceless and I would never mislead the community. Hope you’re able to connect with xTool and sort it out.
