Personally Nick I would keep the bar as it is, it's kinda unique and has a real warm welcome vibe to it, maybe just do a bit of touching up here and there? good luck, I'll visit when I'm back in March.

love the space in that new bar, i had no idea there was so much space there, the first thing i would do is make all the floors level and raised up maybe a foot or 18 inches to avoid some of the water problems, so many things you could do with a space that size,

Like the sound of this one Nick, I remember Budpha from years back, it used to have a central square shaped bar on that front bit, but I never took to the current layout. It's a great bit of real estate if you develop it right, and I'm sure you will. Good luck - I'll check it out when I'm back later this year.
