My father, who chose to love me and adopt me, was famous in my eyes. He had two purple hearts, proudly served in the Marine Corps, and even tho Viet Nam left him disabled, he continued his education and became a supervisor over two large facilities. He and his twin were numbers 10 and 11 of 12 children :-) what a great man!!

@Yas girl you could be experiencing something really serious, called post partum depression. Please consider talking to a Doctor about it. Otherwise, if you "hate" your daughter/being a mother- there are options for placing her up for adoption. It doesn't sound like you're in the best situation. Regardless, that is not your daughter's fault, and her life is precious. She was fearfully and wonderfully made by God- just like YOU. She has God given purpose and so do YOU.

I grew up being taught to strive for the strong, independent woman lifestyle. I never wanted kids until I unexpectedly met my husband. My grandmother actually recently asked me what I plan to do with my life...I am married to an amazing man and am raising three children under four years old...And she doesn't view that as doing something with my life. I am grateful for channels like this one, that value life and make me feel good about choosing it! Also, your kids seriously warm my heart. The boys--especially Judah--all remind me so much of my own younger brother in demeanor! Congratulations! You guys always inspire me to want a large family. I received alot of backlash from my family 7 years ago when I found out I was having my 3rd child. I had already had 2 girls who were 15 & 16 at the time. I was 37 at the time. We have 7 children. We have 12, 15,16, 17 years olds still at home and 3 adult kids, 22, 24, and 28. We had a long gap between the older and younger ones. Congratulations, children are blessings. I was adopted into a family that already had 9 kids and my parents got a lot of nonsense for even just adopting me. I had medical issues after my second and can no longer have children and as they get older its harder and harder to accept. I'm so thrilled for you. If a baby is loved and wanted people need to stop trying to steal people's joy.
