I worked in Indonesia for quite a few years and I used to buy their version of a pot noodle, it was fantastic. You would get a little pack of fried onions in oil that really boosted the flavour.

I’ve tried a couple of these before they were really tasty but some were a bit too spicy for me. Which ones would you say are the least spicy?

I find the Spicy gourmet packet noodles are much nicer than the big cup, lots of punch and no chewy weird ingredients!

We always have packet noodles, never really had the ones in the cups, hence trying them :)

Yeh shin cup 1 of my favorites I just been to chinese supermarket and bought the packs of 5 nice flavour I add a teaspoon of Jimmy's satay to it makes the soup taste amazing I lke the packets better than the cups. 👍

@@Kenny-jg8ld I do like Jimmy's, I'm awaiting a delivery now that I should get fairly soon. As for the noodles, I prefer the texture of the pot ones, I find the ones you cook in a pan to be too chunky, but if the flavour were changed, it might mean I'm not expecting it to taste like the pot ones as much so that could save me money in the long run, haha!

Really good. My daughter LOVES Shin cup noodles and watched the video with me. She preempted you while watching saying the beef and Peper taste in the larger pot makes the smaller Shin cup better tasting, EXACTLY LIKE YOU! LOL! Going to try the "Kimchi" ones as an alternative but Shin cup will ALWAYS be in our cupboard. Great work and comedy from both of you (especially mum as its almost identical to my Philippine wife! 😂😂)

I've tried every (American housewife) recipe and they never come out like my favourite take away! Definitely Worcestershire sauce in there but after that I'm lost! My sister ALWAYS took the mick out of me for smelling everything before I put it in my mouth, from the local chippy to posh restaurants and abroad too. They used to wait for me to do it. I can’t help myself If it doesn’t smell right it’s not going in my mouth . 😂😂

My favourite is the nonshim shin cup noodles. I had the samyang extremely spicy chicken favour in the cup that one for me was not very spicy.

I love noodles, and try most different types I see when shopping. The 2x Samyang noodles are a gimmick, and not at nice, IMO, as any of their other flavours. I'd recommend trying the other flavours though. There's a 'stew' style (slightly different noodles though), and then the flavours I like are Mala, Korean Black Bean BBQ, and Curry. They also do a really nice Cold variety. I can't resist want kimchi flavoured noodles. Nongshim and Samyang do the nicest ones I've found so far.

@@ChinChooReviews The SamYang 2x noodles in the packets are better (and hotter I think) than the pots. They do lots of flavours in the packets too. The Jjajang (Korean black bean) ones are awesome.

@@loucos3686 Yeah, the buldak ones in the black pack are not as hot as the 2x. (P.S. Bul = fire, and dak = chicken in Korean btw)
