The Steelers need an injection of coaching talent. You could have the AFC Pro Bowl team on the roster and as long as Tomlin is the coach, you will have a .500 record. It has been that way for 18 years and a tiger does not change its stripes.

Your view of Carl Dunbar being above question is surprising. Like you said, edge rushers are DL guys also. Where's the interior pass rush, Where's ogunjobi improving, Where's the reasoning behind Bentons role? Is cams improvement over the last five years a result of Carl's leadership or is it cams natural maturation? I guess the question is, is Dunbar a rock the boat leader because it's what's needed for the betterment of the team or is he the yes guy steering the unit? Basic gap assignment is..well..Basic.

The Steelers spend too much on defense, so they should add offensive players in free agency and focus on defense in the draft. Tee Higgins is too expensive and is unlikely to choose Pgh. Look at other WRs like Godwin, Diggs, Hollywood Brown, etc., on a reasonable deal. Go with Fields on a 2-3yr contract at $10M-12M per season with some incentives rather than offering Darnold a big deal. If there is a top OT that you cover in FA like Ronnie Stanley, you can add him, Release Larry O and Cole Holcomb to save money. Let Najee walk bc this RB class is good and deep. The DL group is phenomenal and there are 20 R1-3 CBs in the draft. We need multiple WRs, so getting a FA and drafting one would be wise. R1- Burden/Egbuka/Morrison/Revel/Barron/Nolan/Grant/Simmons R2- Ayomanor/Royals/Golden/Higgins/A Thomas/Conerly/T Williams/T Sanders/Watts R3- Bech/Noel/Judkins/Trapilo/Milroe/Dart/Howard/Hairston/T Robinson There are plenty of really good players in the Steelers areas of need (other than QB…though I like the R3 guys). The team has a ton of cap space and should make major moves this off-season.

Bring back Feilds...Sign Higgins or Godwin..sign DJ Reed/Chevarious ward....trade Pickens for a round 3...first 6 picks then draft something lke Embuka/golden...draft Judkins/Johnson/ draft one of these big nose tackles and move Benton over to DE/ draft a cb draft / draft another offensive lineman and draft a playmaker/xfaxtor like tuten/ savion williams...something like is my idea and should be a more dynamic offense and better defense Offense could look something like Feilds Johnson/warren/tuten Embuka/Godwin/Austin/Wilson another draft pick and another free agent Friermuth/Washington Thats something like what ide like then see them do

Sorry but if they keep the same coaches with Tomlin nothing's gonna change .Tomlin making millions too much money .the standard is try to have a somewhat regular winning season 7and 8 season was great .Tomlin will never get Steelers to s Superbowl .plus win a playoff game

You don’t want anybody to take what Jim Rooney said with any weight to it, but then you’re very hypocritical with your opinions. I want people to take yours with. Yes, he may have the same last name as Art, but ignorance is bliss because he does have more weight than what you’re giving him credit forand just like you want people to value and come to your podcast and listen to your opinion allow his opinion to be spoken and left at that. It is what it is no more no less. The next thing is Tomlin is deadweight so what you have seen since he has been there is what you’re going to continue to see.
