I laughed too when you flipped it to the spine and I saw "Big Ol Bible" written in all caps. Badallasse leather is so gorgeous! I made a tn with that leather and I love the patina it's developed during covid times and getting so much more use. Stunning job he's done with your bible.

It really came out beautiful! I will definitely check out the link for this man. I have wanted to have my bible rebound on a previous one ( I get really attached to my bible too!) but I couldn't find anyone in my area to do the job for me so a new bible was my best option. Funny thing...... as soon as you started to open your new (old) bible my first thought was that if this was my bible I'd be crying right now. That very moment you said you wanted to cry right now. We can really get attached to our bibles can't we?? Yours is lovely!

Wow! So beautiful! My mom gave me my old Bible that I "grew up" in. It was so lovely to see all the scripture I highlighted when I was young. That leather is stunning! I have worked with Badalassi Carlo leather before and it is just amazing!

So beautiful! Mine has some ripped and torn pages, I will have to ask if or how he can fix these things for me. My brother gave me the Bible in 1989 and I used it until 2015. I'd love to get it rebound, as it was the Word that turned my life around.

Hi Ali, Not sure if you'll see this comment but I hope so! : ) We homeschool and today as I was reading to my kids from a book called CHRISTMAS by Alice Dalgliesh, which is a lovely old collection of traditions and stories, we read one called The New World Bethlehem about Nikolaus Ludwig and I almost jumped out of my chair!
