Great to see this young kid's perspective on food shopping. And the fact that he's not an IFBB Pro makes it interesting and maybe more useful for younger lifters. Anyone and everyone can benefit from a food shopping strategy. It just takes a little planning, like everything else related to bodybuilding.

I follow the Animal for last 7-8 years, when I first saw a series of movies with Frank. This is the greatest brand in the history of bodybuilding. They gave to this sport a true style, not the circus clothes that athletes wore before. They returned hardcore in this sport. They gave to this sport philosophy and intellect. Thank you for your work. Respect from Belarus.

These videos are great. Theyve helped me a lot putting on 50 lbs this past year in preperation for CFL tryouts, and put as one of the biggest and strongest lineman in the GLFL. (Im 6'8" 290lbs currently) I may not be a bodybuilder, but at the end of the day the formula for getting massive is the same, lots of protein, lots of calories, and lots of hard work.

+Animal It isn't but his diet certainly won't be as effective as it could have been had he just spent an extra few bucks on some better food options instead of bagels and oreos. Good video tho! Wish my grocery store were as cheap as Marazzos
@jamessethmoore8 жыл бұрын
He's talking about getting huge on a budget, not how to live a healthy lifestyle on a budget. If I had to choose between a meat source or vegetable for size...yeah, I'd omit the vegetable. Shit, I'd get Oreos before vegetables.

@biggains80418 жыл бұрын
