It’s 2019 and I still watch all the big on a budgets while i cook after a workout and after work when I cook my meals...so much motivation and love all these animals. Helped me so much. Thx Boys

@@keemoify that's not always applicable. When cutting you have to fight against your hunger so you choose less calorie dense foods.

This one comes in at a 1st place tie with the Rubish one. The only thing I like about this one more is how there's an article that breaks down the meals and macros. Would be really awesome if that could happen more often. Regardless, thanks for another great part of the series!

I learned quite a bit of valuable information from watching this video. My only question is how did he cook the frozen vegetables in the microwave without them turning soft and and completely dried out?

This may sound like a stupid question but for an example a chicken breast, when you cook it the size of the breast decreases does the protein also decrease?

I have a question. So I have a day job, like 10 - 8.. so what can be the meal split ? I can do the first two meals. But then, eating rice and chicken and then just sitting infront of a computer, doesn't sound good though :P . any pointers for people like us

to save money use lentils as a protein source and buy in bulk over 1kg size bags also make ur own peanut butter u will save at least 50% this way.

At 4:50 his maths is wrong. To calculate raw weight from cooked you must multiply by 1.3(3); assuming cooked is weight is 75% of raw. Multiplying by 1.25 yields around 93%.

I just slow cook the cheaper frozen chicken under a lid and scrape the fat off as it cooks out.

his maths is bad. if you lose 25% through cooking you need go add a third to the uncooked weight, not a quarter. Sounds petty but if you need 120 ounces cooked that would mean buying 160 ounces not 150.
