These Big on a Budget vids are really damn handy.....even if you aren't trying to bodybuild, these seem like the perfect guide for a college student or anyone living alone while trying to stay relatively clean and healthy (instead of subsisting on ramen noodles and PB&J).....just lower the total amount of food per day but follow the same ideas.

Would also suggest only purchasing bulk chicken and/or beef when it goes on sale. If you're looking to maximize your dollar, waiting for chicken breasts to go on sale, then purchasing "x" pounds of it would be the better way to go as well. Then, cut the breasts into small portions, bag and freeze them. Before you know it, you'll have a whole freezer full of breasts that are ready to thaw and cook. Great video though.

this video has inspired me alot. I will say the meal is easy, clean as Jason said, trying to join the army but I have a little weight which I'm building my muscles while with the weight. it's helped me so much as in planing out. I eat 6 meals which is 3 meals and 3 shakes per day and I have seen a little change in my shoulder and chest by size but my arms will be a while I'm trying not to build massive arms but trying to build them to fit my chest and shoulders.
