We need Phoenix to catch up and get 6th to force the Lakers in the play-in no matter what.

They were never deep before but Luka pushed them clippers to 7 games every time they played. Now Luka has help, it's a different story. The team has solid defense and they have shooters and of course Luka had Kyrie's now. The team is deep. Luka will win because he knows the Clippers but the clippers do not know this Mavs team, they're much different this season.

If healthy the mavs are 9-10 deep right now! Behind the starting five there are Exum, Hardaway, Kleber and Lively. Who all can contribute. Not sure whether Josh Green or Jaden Hardy are ready to contribute in the playoffs, but Dwight Powell is a proven, if limited player, who might fill in in case of foul trouble!
