Throwing your pick into the audience at this magnitude definitely has potential to become a End-of-the-show Metalacalypse situation. "Feeling more attack" seems to be the correct phrase for multiple reasons LOL!

"Excuse me while I whip this out" LOL! Loving the classic reference. Yeah, those be some big picks. Soon they'll be thicker than most guitar bodies!

Might be rediculous, but I would love a review on some of these videos where Steve breaks down a couple licks that he's playing, I know he's playing random or off the top of his head, but some licks are nasty.

I had been using the thick 'stubby' Dunlop 2mm picks and using to round corners instead of the point, cause I like to strike the strings at an angle at times. Now I'm using my own round "coin" style made of various plastics with a hole in the center for grip, and that's IT. My perfect solution.

The yellow one is the same shape Blackmore used in the 70s and 80s. I ended up with a pile of his picks last year. I figured they might be more comfortable than a standard pick- I was mistaken. I use Stubby 3mm so your results may vary.

Awesome shredding Steve! Just ordered my Hufschmid Torlon and one of his glow ones in purple. Be a few weeks but I can't wait! Have some repetitive strain issues in my picking hand but love to shred it up, so very excited to see if these will help out.

Hi I am a new subscriber and like listening to your videos This is a very interesting pick. My issue is keeping the picks from moving in between my fingers, and I cut ✂️ sand paper and super glued it on the pick and I have a better grip on the picks.

OMG! they glow!! Does that help holding on to it? Naaaaah, Those ARE just novelty picks. I COULD NOT see using ANY of those monstrosities. Well, I'm not a shredder, so that's probably why. I really don't hear much difference over the distortion. To each their own.

I love picks like this, I've tried quite a few, although I don't use them all the time they definitely are legit. People need to try them before they knock them because they have a different feel than you might expect. \m/

To each their own, of course, but I don't get the whole super thick pick thing... I mean, once a pick is thick and stiff enough not to bend... surely, that's all you need.

yea no, I think imma stick with my cellulose extra large thanks, I get a bag of like 100 for what $20 USD.. $60 picks put me in the poor house they get lost so fast.. nah man, I don't get the uber large picks anyways? maybe for base players? or is that so they are easier to find? man them some spendy plectrums I must say..

There’s a lot of benifits to thicker pics! Id actually recommend diving into them a little more • thicker pics can help with greater accuracy. Think of when you’re relaxed. Your hand doesn’t naturally form how you would usually hold a pick, that requires effort. With these as the pick is thicker, it’s much easier to hold, attributing to less tension in picking. • these are hand made out of special materials. They are meant to last a life time • if you’re losing picks left right and center, I think you should kinda tackle that issue first lol
