Steve seems so genuinely happy to have such a pick ! The guy making and shipping Steve these picks is really making a great showing to us SFB watchers ! Nice to see a relationship like this !

Sweet! So happy you got a Torlon. They really do glide across the strings.

The name of that plastic is SOFA KING EPIC! You sir have arrived. Channel name change to "Steven of Torlon"? It sounds so Original 60's Star Trek too. "Captain, the Torlons are hailing us." Henceforth, that epic pick raking technique of yours shall be known as "THE TORLONITE MANEUVER!" 🎶🎸🖖😂🤘🎶🎸

Steve, you inspired me to delve into a pick search but I went the opposite way in the plastic pyramid of hardness... and I'm totally diggin' them softer nylon picks

Wow!!! What I would give to have one of these! I am 14, and obsessed with all things guitar, rock and metal. I currently use Blue Chip picks and Dragons heart guitar picks, because they are about the extent of the stuff I can afford through my earnings from my own pick business. I work with silver, brass, copper and some plastics currently, which is really cool. I particularly love the silver for a really quick release and aggressive chuggey attack. It was recently that I got the dragons hearts, my favourite of the lot so far is their pure polyamide-Imide model, so that makes me want to try the Hufschmid even more! Also love the look of the Vespel picks that they have currently. Keep up the great, inspiring content man, -Ollie 🤘🤘

I don’t think I would/could use any of those if you paid me. Such hype.

I recently went thick and I ain't going back. My current favorite is the Dunlop Jumbo Flow. It's 4.20mm and of course it's green.😅

The best pick that I’ve personally have used is the “Chicken picks “ , they’re for shredders!

For a second there I thought the top of the pyramid said calzone and I’m like how long is that bent sitting out? the crust is harder than diamond! 🤣 I’m not gonna eat it I’m gonna try to find something to cut pics out of it with!!!🤣😂

They're pretty much impossible to wear out. The wear durability is some of the highest possible for plastic. Get it brushed, though, or it will be too slippery to hold.

@@SFBGuitar Aren't those picks way too big to be played? Are there smaller picks made of torlon?

You will wear i down that pyramid aint correct but OK. I made picks from Vespel and they do we out of course after some time. Picks are crazy expensive . ! Kg of it cost like 200$Us and that is a lot so do the math, get one sheet and make your own picks it is fun.
