Smart people! Pink is very attractive color. I noticed if i put a pink thumbnails to my videos i get more views. Try it! :D Go Pink, go big! That's basically the unwritten logo of this diner :) Could not ignore noticing that guy in white t-shirt kept looking at you while you ate. Most certain he saw the camera. :) Now you have to return to this place and try every dish from this huge menu :) Probably each meal is big size and you know you will get full for sure. A clever way of serving and be/stay popular - colorful and huge.

AK, Just to give you some history on Chicken & Waffles. They first were served in the US, during the colonial period.. 1600's in Pennsylvania Dutch Country.. 😊Very nice video!

@@eltronics I noticed chicken & waffles being a popular soul food and southern cuisine, but never tried it, so I'm unsure of HOW it's meant to be eaten. Are you supposed to use the waffle like a sandwich bread for the chicken, or are you really supposed to pour some syrup over the chicken as it sets on top of the waffle?

@@valerieann8007 I am no way an expert, but I know of the soul food version which includes fried chicken and waffles. I believe that's also the version you get at the chain Waffle House. What I have read is it may have been created by the Pennsylvania Dutch (ref Wikipedia) using pulled chicken with gravy over waffles. Just this weekend I experienced a Nashville hot chicken tender with waffles. Is it the same? You decide. All I know they are all delicious!😋😋

Harlem nightclubs used to feed the musicians chicken leftover from the dinner rush and waffles that were served for the breakfast rush and it grew from there ( as told to me in my culinary school class by my wonderful African American Chef
