These guys catch more muskies a day than I catch bass on two outings.
@DubV-qr5xb3 жыл бұрын
Was going to post something similar, although more like "more in a day than I do in any 5 trips!" Granted muskie aren't as prevalent in my area, but these guys are as impressive as they are entertaining imo

Interesting, My go to single 8 didnt even get a follow on a high pressure lake, changed to a reg Medussa and had a couple upper 40s to the boat. Unfortunately they didnt eat. Went to a different lake and the single 8 moved 3 nice fish and my brother got a little one one a single 8 and the dussa got nothing.

Anyone else notice that since Robbie moved to "muskie country" his fish have gotten smaller???
@Fingolfin34233 жыл бұрын
He actually has to musky fish now. He's not getting spoiled by Lee on select, premier water during prime periods and cycles.

What type of reel was it that you recommended for throwing the medussa?

How come you don't ever throw a shallow medussa?
@robsunday60043 жыл бұрын
I can ride a regular Medusa pretty high in the water column. Never felt the need for a shallow one personally
@kylemurray70863 жыл бұрын
If you are in shallow water or weeds that come up real high, the shallow one allows you to slow down some, but typically you’re working the medussa pretty quick.. in my experience

Dayum boys. My arm hurts watching you throw big rubber. Congratulations on the 5!!
@heinrichbier47593 жыл бұрын
In my experience heavy rubber is better even in super shallow situations because the weight allows you to run the bait really fasts without blowing out of the water. Super shallow bites are usually a reaction strike and speed is THE critical factor for that more times than not.

Awesome day on the water. I want to convert my Lee Flap into a Metal Series Flap. I like the extra noise it makes.
@esoxaddict3 жыл бұрын
I did it to mine, simple I just used a washer. Makes a little more noise but it's not life changing.
