It’s actually named after the Kitakami region in Paldea. Google is your friend for these type of things. Also the Japanese set name “Night wanderer” is a reference to Pecharunt and The Loyal Three stealing Ogerpon’s masks during the night.

I liked Crimson haze better than what I've seen of this set so far. I don't like this set at all, especially as our Special/Holiday set for the year. I so wanted it to be "Paradise Dragona" but thankfully that's still coming it will just be a regular set and be 1 of the 2 sets that probably make up SV7 or SV8. The best thing about this set is going to be the promo SIR’s of Greninja ex and Kingdra ex.

I absolutely hate everything about this. They NEED Specialty booster boxes in English already,We are the ONLY Language to not have them. There is no way to get a decent amount of packs in one product and the price per pack is WAYY Too high. Ill stick to Japanese as I have all of SV.

Aside form Koraidon and Miraidon new legendaries added in the paldea gen are very bad designs imho... This whole special set is basically about 4 legendaries which are all ugly as hell (only th Okidogi is somewhat "OK").

does japan have cards available to play at worlds that haven't been released in the west? seem unfair - though presumably anyone can play japanese cards mixed in at worlds? (assuming they can get them and know what they do)

Bithes had like 10 months to prepare mentally that there was gonna be a set focused on them why taking so long to assimilate . “Special” set that is just in name only, this is based on just 1 regular middle of the road subset in Japan. And like you are still gonna get a dragon set later on this year goodness knows how that’s exciting when that’s like the 15th dragon set
