Me too, their babies have actually grown up. There are plenty yellow, brown and very colorful ones. There will be a video about them.

Jehovah God is truly amazing! Designing so many breathtaking creatures for our enjoyment. I can imagine how fun it must have been to be Jesus in his pre-human existence helping in the creation of so many wonderful designs.

is it possible that the design of its leaf will change? or that's how they grow. I would like to see a walking stick with a beautiful colorful leaf.
@Inferion7
@Inferion7 7 жыл бұрын
I don't think that the design will change, only the colour.

Basically the same care as any stick insect being fed bramble and privet?
@davedarrington9925
@davedarrington9925 6 жыл бұрын
They eat bramble, & require higher levels of heat and humidity than most stick Insects. P. Ericoriai (and P. Giganteum) Is not really a species for beginners. Better off with P. Philippinicum to start with.

Marek Kučera do you handle your males?
@Inferion7
@Inferion7 8 жыл бұрын
Males and females, both have wings after their final, adult molt. Then males fly a lot. I've handled both many times, but they do not like it. They are quite lazy and not moving most of the time.

Ahoj,opět moc pěkné,já chovám tři druhy lupenitek PSG 10, 72 a 278. Měl bych zájem o tento druh.možná výměna? Díky Pavel

Ahoj, díky. Já mám už jenom P. ericoriai a P. tobeloense "Galela".

do they bite humans? and how they eat or drink?
@Inferion7
@Inferion7 9 жыл бұрын
+dogedoesmc minecraftpe and more! Barely, they are able to eat leaves of plants but they would never bite through the human skin, I think that the biggest phasmids wouldn't bite you, they would stab you instead of that. They drink water from leaves of plants and they they eat plants. There are probably many videos about phasmids how they eat. They eat usually at night.

What makes it rare?
@Inferion7
@Inferion7 9 жыл бұрын
+spiceandw0lf This species was described in 2009 (recently) and yellow color morphs are rarer than green ones. I've bought them all as green forms. There is only a few information on the internet about this species.

@Inferion7
