I love everything I ordered! The cushion covers are amazing quality and nice seasonal prints. The 4-in1 jar opener is another favourite that I use a lot (great for arthritic hands). Also, the cord protectors that fit on charger cords are a must to protect the ends of cords from tearing with wear. I bought the pattern tote bag - very nice and good quality! The fabric storage bags are a great find, as well. I could go on-and-on with great finds. I have to set limits for buying, and try to buy things I know I will like, and use.

The bags (storage containers) are for putting water in. Good for camping or if a storm is coming you can fill them with water just in case.

I got the yogurt maker and it works great. A few purses and bags have been really nice. My last order was held up so I have a bit of credit and I'm waiting it out a bit hoping they get caught up before I order next but I've been building cart load!

I’ve ordered at least 20 times from Temu. Yes it’s an addiction lol. I had to 2 items which were an issue. One was a dress which was to small, my fault I marked wrong size, and a wig which was shedding like crazy. I contacted Temu. They asked the reason and I also provided a photo and little more of a reason why wanted to return. Got credit right away and did not need to return items. I’ve been happy with everything from Temu. Clothes true to size. Even bought shoes. Enjoy your videos.

I just got an order and ordered again last night with some credit I received for late orders. Everything I have gotten is great. My favorite is the organizers and jewelry. I did order a few press on nail packs because I wanted to try out (never worn them before) and they were inexpensive enough to try. If I don’t like having fake nails, then I won’t be out of a lot of money.

Since your order there was a Temu mystery box not sure how they will deal with that broken container. But for orders you pay for yes they refund your money really fast especially if you sak for a store credit. Many times they let you keep the item & sometimes they send you a return label to use. Store credit comes fast like in 10 mins if they let you keep the item and they refund your money or give you the store credit for any items you have to send back as soon as they receive a tracking number. They do make you take a picture of what you want to return so you have to know how to do that. So one item I wanted to return I had to send back and I also got store credits for 2 items I didn't like and got to keep the items. In their contact info they also have a email address where you can write them with any problem you may have and they will get bak to you really fast to help solve whatever it is.

I bought the little choper. Used it to. cut up celery for chicken salad. It held its own. Good for chopping garlic, onions etc. Have made more orders than I can count from Temu. Returns are easy to do online through your account and they have not asked me to return anything and issued a refund very quickly.

I absolutely LOVE their makeup pallet organizers. I can actually SEE all the eyeshadow, blush and highlighters I have so I don’t buy more! A bit disappointed in their round makeup brush holder. My bigger brushes don’t fit. Underwear/sock drawer organizer. How did I ever live without this? I’ll be doing my tee/tank drawer tomorrow. Make sure to check sizes in storage containers and glassware… they were a bit smaller than I thought.

I have several stories about Temu, but I have a question first: the name, how do you pronounce it? Tee-moo, Ta-moo, or Te-moo. My daughter didn't get her order by the scheduled time. They gave her 5.00 credit without contacting them and an email with the new schedule time. Unfortunately, that came and went too, so after contacting customer service, they refunded her and let her keep the package when it came in for free. This was Christmas time, but normally 10 days for shipping. My favorite thing is this mini blade to open boxes and on the other side it erases the label. I've ordered clothes (watch the measurements and check the reviews, larger/smaller than expected or true to size). The quality has been great on 95%, of everything I've ordered and the prices are low. Love the mini items, dollhouse and toys, but items sell out fast. The pokemon cards are not authentic but a fun novelty. Happy shopping
