The moment felt way too big for this staff with how poor the offensive play calling was also the biggest drawback to having a staff full of young rising stars is that they don't have experience coaching in these kinds of games and it showed this year I think as they get more of that experience the results will improve.

Yeah, I agree. Cignetti tried to run the ball way too much. He needed to throw and attack more when it became clear Indiana couldn’t run on that Notre Dame front. That was the big mistake Cignetti made in that game.
