Box Lacrosse is much faster so it takes much less time to think through certain slides and can teach a great team defense!

I play competitively 10 months out of the year usually between the NLL and Sr. B Lacrosse. I have a tournament at the end of september called LASNAI, then I will be done until NLL training camp starts in November.
