Hi there! Great video as always. Greetings from Uruguay. Soybean harvest is in full swing here. I work for a company that has a fleet of top-notch machinery, including tractors, harvesters, and application equipment. My primary machine is a New Holland CR7.90 Revelation, and during the off-season, I operate a JD 4730 with an Amazone ZATS fertilizer mounted on it. For land preparation in my section of the company, we use a Brazilian-made JD 7225J and a Tatu disc harrow, also Brazilian. Then, for seedbed preparation, we have a North American-made JD 9410R and a Turbotill TT4000. The 9410R also handles planting with a 60-foot Great Plains planter. There's another 60-foot Great Plains planter with electric metering, towed by a New Holland T8 410 Genesis (Joy of Machine), also American-made. I've been following your channel for years and love your videos. Keep up the great work!

Nice planting outfits . I can't tell if the field cultivator is working on a little angle than the rows will be planted . We always tried working just ahead of the planter at an angle to make the ground smoother and the row markers could be seen better . Thanks for your work finding interesting farm equipment Great video Jason

I worked on a farm that had a tractor pulled rotary tiller that broke up every lump of soil into a fine powder & made it excellent for seedlings to grow in. The farm was only about 50 acres though & rotary tillers like that would probably be too expensive to maintain for bigger farms with hundreds or thousands of acres to cultivate because the rotary tiller blades wear out easily. They sure do a good job though for breaking up every lump of soil for planting through. Thanks for all the work you do to show the world the wonders of tractor power. I only learned to drive after working on my uncles farm & being taught how to drive the tractor there

Howard Rotovator's had an option for a planter hitch, up to 4 row wide, so a farmer could till in stalks/residue as he planted at 2mph max. Took a LOT of hp to rotovate, but not much for the old conventional till, plate planters. About 10hp per foot of tiller. New 12 row/30' planters take a LOT of hp, mostly for the hydraulics to power the vacuum/ blowers. I'm not sure if that's progress, having to have 3 tractors and operators doing the same job.

My job is at least 90% no till. JD 1770 12rn planter and JD 1590, 15', 7.5" drill. Fields have to be really torn up to use a disk in. Saves a lot of fuel and time to plant with just a sprayer and 2 planting outfits.

@@bigtractorpower deleted as in emissions system deleted. Blocked off egr, cut out dpf and reprogrammed ecm would be a full delete. That 470 sure rolls some coal and sounds good to have a functional after treatment system still on it
