Exactly! That size is perfect to cut up in smaller pieces. I just throw them in the air fryer or smoker

Looking back on the footage we could have definitely kept him to eat but decided to throw him back. The smaller to medium fish just typically seem to taste a little better!

Definitely would recommend investing in a ice fishing tent! It’s a whole other experience being able to see into the water and watching the fish interact with your hook. Cool video! Makes me want to get back out with my brother
