He's probably going to be the next Glen Durrant. A great dart player that goes downhill quickly. Every game he loses, his confidence is going to lower, making him play worse and decreasing the odds of him holding his nerve when it matters because of this.

All these experts on here that are slagging off Wright have you ever stood up in front of a crowd (& I don’t mean your mates down your local) and actually thrown darts? Very poor darts from some of the European players. Not surprising as the PDC continues to promote darts in corners of the world that have no tradition of producing world class darts. Maybe scoring averages and check-out percentages have to drop significantly to allow players from these countries to beat a few of the Europeans.
