I'm glad to hear you say you are in survival mode on some rivers. I remember you telling Nick that you are scared at times and he seemed surprised at that as you seem so confident but that brings it all back to being real. All of you who are at this level make it look so easy that we forget it is a challenge at times even for you. Also..is it possible for you to love your life more? You are always so upbeat. Love it. Thanks for taking us along.

So much more photogenic on a sunny day. Glad you are finding water out west. We used to run some of the other easier rivers in the area too, like Wenatchee tribs, McCoy...all beautiful and fun, but probably boring to DJ. and EG. Clear Fk Cowlitz and Ohanapacosh are great and beautiful runs too, but again, might not provide much effort from those two and are probably low by now anyway.. Thanks for posting. Keep em coming.

Hey Dane, have you ever kayaked in New Zealand? So many beautiful rivers and fun rapids plus waterfalls to be done here. Love your stuff, and it's always a thrill to watch and learn from!
