Honestly, this method works great with every long ranged plant, leave 2 columns or 3, depending on the cost of the long ranged plant, and start planting sun producers as a method of sun production and defense, I've discovered it's true advantage in arena

couple tips to help is: 1. Stall. Take your time killing the first zombies and build up your sun. dont kill everything right when it shows up 2. sun producers. they arent as important as they get treated. almost all of them produce their value right after being placed. put them in front of defenses, not behind. try to get as many down as you can. use either sun shroom or primal sunflower. or spam moon flowers with them buffing eachother

All the zombies in big wave beach prioritize attacking the frontline of ur defense. Surfer: Surfboard insta kills Fisherman: Pulls closest plant (frontline plant) away OCTODAD: Octos hit closest first Exception is snorkel who doesn’t do much What I would do is put ur attacking plants at the back as losing sun producers isn’t as bad as losing an attacker as if attackers are lost then the zombies will crown you. Just wanted to make big wave better for you as you are one of my favorite KZbinrs

Note for dealing with Octos: If you place your offensive plants behind the sun producers, your defenses won't get weaker when he throws an octopus. He will always aim for the closest target, so your plants keep attacking.

Planting tips for you Wolfy in BWB: Sun producers -- Place them in c3 to c6. Most likely you're gonna have 2 columns of attackers at the back. Attacking plants -- Straight shooters just makes BWB a piece of cake. Guacodile -- They can destroy surfboards too, consider it as an option. They're good for cleaaring out imps in the same row. Manual plants like coconut -- Focus on crowded areas. Imps? You can freeze them. High tide -- Look out for surfing surfboys. Use tangle kelp on them or burn/explode them so they don't drop their surfboards. Low tide -- Cherry bomb is gonna be your friend, or grapeshot. Plant food -- Don't use it wastefully. Wait for the right moment. Octodad -- If you have multilane shooters, don't worry about octopi as long as you spam them plants. Don't forget about bringing straight shooters tho. Snorkel -- Place a lily pad to force them out. They're only strong in high tides. You can use walls, just make sure they don't get pulled by the fishermen or destroyed by surfboards. Chomper -- It's 200 sun now, but consider bringing it as well. It can remove octopi in 2 bites.

Roto still is good in Numbers, I used them to carry me in BigWave and other Worlds. Two Collumns Primal Sunflowers in the back, Spam a Bunch of Rotos in the front of the Primals and slowly build up to the right and use Stalling plants to help, Like Hurricale, Tumble Weed and single target kills, like Chili bean and or Shadow Shroom, Still has an Amazing Plant food. Bring any extra plant to help with World Gimmicks or anything if needed.

Fun fact, this world is where putting Sun Producers in the front is best. Also, don't only put Primal sunflower in front because of the health buff, put every single one in front. That way the plants deal more damage, and all zombies in this world are good at one thing. Getting at the front line, or the plants in the front. Suddenly, if your damage dealers are in the back, they won't get killed by the zombies. And would you rather lose a single sunflower, or a Winter Melon? The answer is obvious, really, and this strat will allow you to get more sun producers down, so you'll have more sun, so you can more comfortably use more expensive plants. Final pro tip from me, Use Banana. It's just an absolutely DISGUSTING plant, and could very well be considered the best plant in the game. (Yes, even better than Mag Grass)

I've heard dandelion is one of the best plants in reflourished, or at least, it works for me. managed to beat 1 (pretty much 2 if you count crashing at flag 3/4 with all mowers) big wave beach inzanity levels using it and, in the case of the first one, banana launcher, although I doubt that I needed it in place of more dandelions.

I think the big wave beach expansion in pvz2 reflourished is pretty easy. There's a decent chance of you getting the gargantuar expansion level first try.

That first level is a prime example of why you should stop using two columns of Sunflowers (and better yet, just use Primal Sunflower instead of Reg due to their health buff, although planting them further forward might not be too useful in some BWB levels due to the tide). Also, did Roto get nerfed in this? Or is it because you had it levelled up on Vanilla so seems weaker here
